Founded by cousins Brandon and Sean Welton, Welton Brewing Company grew from a shared passion for great beer and the flavors of their Maine homeland. Brandon, a 22-year Air Force veteran, turned his home-brewing hobby into an award-winning craft after settling in Tampa Bay post-retirement.
Their experimentation in Sean's garage paid off with a win at the Clearwater Oktoberfest and a dream was born. In January 2020, they opened their first location in Land O Lakes, FL.
With deep roots in Damariscotta, Maine, Brandon and Sean brought a taste of home to Florida: fresh Damariscotta River Oysters, Maine lobster, and the seafood traditions of the Northeast coast. Today, alongside their award-winning craft beers, they proudly offer a little New England warmth right here in Pinellas Park.
